Almost anyone that's picked up a set of weights has or will experience symptoms of over-training at one point in there muscle building program. Over-training is very common amongst athletes and particularly bodybuilders, since they figure that training as much as possible is the fastest way to massive muscle gains

So basically you want to lose about 40 lbs? The rule of thumb is 2 lbs per week... so 20 weeks or so... 5 months.

I'm not sure we're on the same page here, what kind of results are you looking for? If it's six pack abs, then yes - it's way more a factor of exercising, eating right, and effort than it is using specific exercise equipment.

Joe,

Crunches help. Push ups are also good since they work the core.

The big thing to remember is that cutting your body fat percentage is the key to six pack abs.

Very nice information. I am not a vegetariant but I plan on becoming one.
I lift weights, but I am not a professional at it.
Since I plan on becoming a vegetarian, I still have to make sure I get adequate protein.
And this article has helped.
Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for sharing.
Do you mean that crunches is the best exercise to get six packs?

Just want to ask you this:
Can I get my six packs abs by combining push up and sit up?

Thanks,
Joe Revod
